- outlawing judicial corporal punishment
- outlawing the death penalty (capital punishment)
- a legal ban of domestic violence against women
- measures for gender equality
- outlawing discrimination of LGBTIQ+ persons
- reducing violence in the media
And, most likely: secularization.
